UNIQUE FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD. (UFS) was registered as a Financial Consultancy organisation in March 1996 in Dar es Salaam, TANZANIA. The company was established with a view to provide business solutions to a wide spectrum of clients both in the private and public sectors.

In 1997 the company diversified into IT consultancy setting up a full fledged department offering services like Identifying & Suggesting Software Packages for Organisations and Accounts Departments in particular, Identifying & Suggesting Appropriate Hardware, Setting up of Networks, Customized IT Training, etc. In 1999, it ventured into Software development to develop systems to suit specific client requirements.

Not stopping at that, in the year 1999, UFS joined hands with one of the most reputable audit firm in Tanzania M/s. Tanna Sreekumar & Co. (Formerly known as Tanna Somaiya & Co. - a correspondent firm of Price Water House in Tanzania till 1998 for 17 years) in order to include Audit and Taxation service to its list of services.
